وفي عام 1991 استلم دفة القيادة نجله عادل عبد الوهاب غزال قطان.
فبدأ زمن التطوير و التحديث لمواكبة عصر الكومبيوتر و الإنترنت و المشاركة مع الشركات العالمية المتخصصة في مجال الطيران و السياحة, فبدأ بتجهيز الشركة بكادر فني متخصص إلى أن أصبحت شركة الشراع من الشركات الرائدة في هذا القطر
